Zach Newby

Zach grew up in a few different states and eventually came to call the DMV area (District, Maryland, Virginia) home. They received an Associate’s Degree in Emergency Medical Services from Northern Virginia Community College and came to the University of Kansas to complete their bachelor’s degree in Community Health. Through their education and community engagement, Zach developed a passion for student equity and wellness. Outside of work, Zach likes to lift weights, get involved in justice-oriented community events and hang out with their dog.
