Got Stress?

Daily Life is an educational program for KU students that consists of three one-on-one sessions to discuss what caring for oneself in times of stress can look like. Sessions last 40 minutes to an hour and are structured around students' availability.

While there is a curriculum, each session will be tailored towards individual needs. Discussions can include:

  • Recognizing stressors
  • Developing coping skills
  • Practicing time management
  • Setting boundaries
  • Identifying support systems

Please note that this program is not therapy; furthermore, Counseling and Psychological Services is available for therapy sessions if needed.
