Daily Life Program

Got Stress?

Daily Life provides an opportunity to discuss stressors and discover ways to care for oneself during times of stress. This program consists of 3 one-on-one sessions that last 40-60 minutes. 

Each session will be tailored towards individual needs. Discussions can include: 

  • Recognizing stressors
  • Developing coping skills
  • Practicing time management
  • Setting boundaries
  • Identifying support systems

Please note that this program is not therapy; furthermore, Counseling and Psychological Services is available for therapy sessions if needed.
