Got Stress?

Daily Life is an educational program for KU students that consists of three free one-on-one sessions with a Health Educator to discuss what caring for yourself in times of stress can look like. Sessions last 40 minutes to an hour and are structured around your availability.

While there is a curriculum, each session will be tailored toward your needs. Discussions can include:

  • Identifying stressors
  • Coping skills
  • Time management
  • Setting boundaries
  • Identifying support systems
