Abby Vaughn

Abby grew up in a military family living both in and outside of the U.S. but has spent most of her life in the Wichita, Kansas area. A proud second-generation Jayhawk, she earned her B.S.E. in Community Health with a minor in Applied Behavioral Sciences from the University of Kansas in 2024 and is currently working on her Master's in Public Health. After graduating, she developed a passion for nutrition education and food security efforts through her employment with K-State Extension and is thrilled to return to Lawrence and continue this critical work. In her free time, you can find her meal prepping, going on a walk, or exploring a new coffee shop with friends.
